50年以上にわたり施設の設備を中心に高度なメンテナンス事業を展開
当社は1966年８月の設立以来、お客様施設の設備を中心に高度なメンテナンス事業を展開しております。昨今、対象とする建物用途は時代とともに多様化し、設備も大きく変化し続けています。
私どもは長年にわたり培った経験、ノウハウと真摯な取組みに裏打ちされた技術力の研鑽に日々努めてまいりました。2014年には空調設備業界トップ「高砂熱学工業株式会社」のメンテナンス子会社との統合を経て、お陰様にて2024年、統合10周年を迎えました。これからは、総合的技術力をより一層高め、お客様の施設設備に係るライフサイクル全般のサポートに全力で取り組んでまいります。
「設備総合管理」という新しいビジネスモデルを構築
少子高齢化による労働人口の減少が進む中で、お客様の大切な資産である施設管理においては設備の高度化や企業のコア事業への人財シフトなどもあり、専門技術者の確保が著しく難しくなりつつあります。当社では施設の安全・安定稼働を実現する安心できるオペレーションと、省エネルギーなどのライフサイクルコストを最適化するソリューションを融合した新しいビジネスモデル「設備総合管理」を構築し、お客様へ独自の価値を創出、提供しております。
また、高砂熱学グループとして、IoT・AI等を活用したビジネスツールや脱炭素社会実現に貢献できる製品を開発するなど、先端技術や通信技術を利活用し高度な施設ワンストップサービスを展開しております。今後はDX戦略にもとづき、更なる付加価値の提供を進めてまいります。

Developing advanced maintenance business for
facilities equipment for over 50 years
Since our establishment in August 1966, we have been developing advanced maintenance business focusing on
the equipment
of our customers' facilities. In recent years, the uses of target buildings have diversified with the times,
and
facilities have also continued to change significantly. We have been making daily efforts to improve our
technical
capabilities, backed by our experience, know-how, and sincere efforts we have cultivated over the years. In
2014, we
merged with the maintenance subsidiary of Takasago Thermal Engineering Co., Ltd., the leader in the air
conditioning
equipment industry, and thanks to you, this year, 2024, marks the 10th anniversary of the merger. From now
on, we will
further enhance our comprehensive technical capabilities and make every effort to support the entire
lifecycle of our
customers' facilities and equipment.
“Building a new business model called " Comprehensive
Facility Management
As the working population continues to decline due to the falling birthrate and aging population, it is
becoming
significantly difficult to secure professional engineers for facility management, which is an important
asset for our
customers, due to the sophistication of facilities and the shift of human resources to the core businesses
of companies.
We have established a new business model, "Comprehensive Facility Management" that combines reliable
operations that
ensure safe and stable facility operation with solutions that optimize life cycle costs (LCC) such as energy
conservation, to create and provide unique value to our customers.
In addition, as the Takasago Thermal
Engineering
Group, we are developing advanced one-stop facility services by utilizing advanced technologies and
communication
technologies, such as developing business tools that utilize IoT and AI, and products that can contribute to
the
realization of a decarbonized society. In the future, we will continue to provide further added value based
on our DX
strategy.
